    Fist full of crackling (no sweeteners, because they are already candy from pigs), bacon fried up with 5 eggs, but before we leave the brandy to cool in the fridge and two jolt before brushing teeth (toothpaste spoil the taste) because brandy is good for the appetite. After a hearty breakfast, drink another two spirits because they help digestion.

    I’m seek of these tips! One can say in the morning to eat what you want, abundant breakfast is fine, everything is turning into much needed energy. Now nothing is wrong, you should not drink milk, even yogurt, it is good to drink only skim milk! I think it’s important moderation in all things, and without overloading the stomach … “This I may,” “this is not allowed” …..

    Where can I find homemade cottage cheese? Do any given day I eat this? What about the theory that breakfast should be “strong” because of the efforts that follow? Is this just a clerical or retirement breakfast? What about us who do more physical work? You wake up at 6 am (if not before), and to handle with this meal. Well, this may good and reasonable, but ….

    So what do I eat? When you take all the tips for breakfast, nothing is supposed to eat. Some prohibit fruits, other fruits are recommended. Some recommend pasta, another ban. And so on.

      Do not listen to them. Take what you want for breakfast. Half of this for lunch, and half of lunch for dinner.
