Three Banana Drinks for Fat Burning

Banana drink with flax seeds ingredients:

  • 1 orange
  • 1 banana
  • 2 teaspoons whey
  • 2 teaspoons of flaxseed

Banana with berries ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup berries (blueberries, raspberries, cranberries)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, scrubbed
  • half a cup of lukewarm water

Banana drink with spinach ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 20 dkg of washed spinach
  • half a cup of light yogurt
  • one-third cup of oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Preparation of these drinks is the same, it is only necessary to use blender to grind ingredients. These dietary, and healthy drinks is good to prepare and take in the morning for breakfast because it is the best time for body to absorbs ingredients and invade accumulated fat pads around the waist.

    Aw, this was an exceptionally good post. Taking the time and actual effort to create a very good article… but what can I
    say… I procrastinate a lot and never manage to get nearly anything
    done.
